QUEMO'S SANGRIA

Another Spanish joint has hit the scene, this time with a country, relaxed vibe.  Set at the epicenter of Wanchai, Quemo serves up innovative versions of tapas dishes.  They utilize traditional flavours but are playful with textures and combinations giving your taste buds an exciting treat.  I highly recommend the El Quim de la Boqueria's fried egg, 5J acorn fed ham with tomato bread, and the crisp and delicious squid ink paella served with a side of perfectly cooked clams and garlic aioli. Don't forget to pair it all with their light and sweet sangria and check out the discreet outdoor area and private dining rooms for a perfect dinner party venue.
