Last week I was invited to join the Brew&Post bloggers for a VIP tasting dinner at Dot Cod. Located at the basement level of Prince's Building, this refreshing seafood restaurant isn't on everyone's radar, but actually serves some of the best western style seafood in town. I devoured an entire seafood platter with the help of Jason (Toughlove), tasted over 10 main courses, and was very happy to finish off the meal with chocolate fondant. Each guest had their own personal menu, so we shared everything and tried a large portion of what the restaurant has on offer. I would recommend the scallops, lemon sole, crab and avocado, and the Chinese style barramundi. Their talented chef, Jeffrey LeBon is from Boston, so definitely a great place if you are craving New England style seafood.
